INVITATION TO QUOTE (ITQ) – PROVISION FOR CONTRACTOR SERVICES FOR THE RENOVATION OF TERRACE E4 AT THE HIGH COMMISSION OF THE REPUBLIC OF SINGAPORE, BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN

 

The High Commission of the Republic of Singapore invites established vendors to quote for the Provision of Contractor Services for the Renovation of Terrace E4 at the High Commission of the Republic of Singapore in Bandar Seri Begawan, Brunei Darussalam.


There will be a mandatory site tender briefing and site show-round on Friday, 29 August 2025 at 1000hrs at the High Commission. Interested vendors who will be attending should provide the personnel details (name, IC no., handphone no. and vehicle number) to Mr Ian Looi via email: ian_looi@mfa.sg (opens in new tab) and copied to lorraine_sj_tan@mfa.gov.sg (opens in new tab) to register for the site visit. The original ITQ documents will only be provided to vendors at the site visit. Vendors who do not participate in the site visit will be disqualified.


For any enquiries regarding the ITQ, please write to: Bandar_Seri_Begawan_procurement@mfa.sg (opens in new tab), and copy your email to lorraine_sj_tan@mfa.gov.sg (opens in new tab)and ian_looi@mfa.sg (opens in new tab) no later than Thursday, 04 September 2025 at 1700hrs.            


Interested vendors shall submit their quotations to the High Commission by hand using sealed envelopes. The envelope should have on its top left-hand corner:

  1. the reference number and title of the ITQ;

  2. the closing date and time of the ITQ; and

  3. the fax number, phone number, electronic mail address and address of the vendors.


The sealed tender should be dropped into the Tender Box at the High Commission of the Republic of Singapore at No. 8, Simpang 74, Jalan Subok, Bandar Seri Begawan BD2717 by Thursday, 11 September 2025, 1500hrs.


The opening date of the ITQ is Tuesday, 26 August 2025 and closing date for this ITQ is Thursday, 11 September 2025, 1500hrs. The mode of publication for the Schedule of Quotation and Award Notice will be posted on Mission’s electronic bulletin board.
