INVITATION TO QUOTE (ITQ) – THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF A SPORT UTILITY VEHICLE (SUV) TO THE SINGAPORE HIGH COMMISSION IN BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN, NEGARA BRUNEI DARUSSALAM
1 The Singapore High Commission invites established vendors to quote for the supply and delivery of a 4-Door Midsize Sport Utility Vehicle (SUV) which should not exceed 3,000 cc for the High Commission of the Republic of Singapore in Bandar Seri Begawan, Negara Brunei Darussalam.
2 The ITQ documents are available in both hard copies and soft copies. For request of the ITQ documents, as well as any enquiries regarding the tender, please write to: bandar_seri_begawan_procurement@mfa.sg .
3 Any enquiries regarding the requirement specifications should also be made to bandar_seri_begawan_procurement@mfa.sg and copy to: Yvonne_lee@mfa.gov.sg and ian_looi@mfa.sg no later than Wednesday, 3 March 2021.
4 Tenderers shall submit their ITQ Offers to the Government by email to Bandar_Seri_Begawan_procurement@mfa.sg, with the subject title of the ITQ Reference number (ITQ REFERENCE NO: Q/2021/MFA/02) and title (INVITATION TO QUOTE – SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF A SPORT UTILITY VEHICLE TO THE SINGAPORE HIGH COMMISSION IN BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN) by Friday, 5 March 2021, 1600 hrs.
5 The opening date of the tender is on 22 February 2021. Closing date for this tender is Friday, 5 March 2021, 1600 hrs. The mode of publication for the Schedule of Quotation and Award Notice will be posted on Mission’s bulletin board.
