INVITATION TO TENDER (ITT) – PROVISION OF JANITORIAL & CLEANING SERVICES AT THE HIGH COMMISSION OF THE REPUBLIC OF SINGAPORE IN BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN, BRUNEI DARUSSALAM

The High Commission of the Republic of Singapore invites established vendors to tender for the Provision of Janitorial & Cleaning Services at the High Commission of the Republic of Singapore in Bandar Seri Begawan, Brunei Darussalam.

There will be a mandatory site tender briefing and site show-round on Friday, 26 June 2026 at 2.30pm at the High Commission. Interested vendors who will be attending should provide the personnel details (name, IC no., handphone no. and vehicle number) to Mr Ian Looi via email: ian_looi@mfa.sg and copied to janelle_chao@mfa.gov.sg to register for the site visit. The original ITT documents will only be provided to vendors at the site visit. Vendors who do not participate in the site visit will be disqualified.       

Any enquiries regarding the ITT, please write to: Bandar_Seri_Begawan_procurement@mfa.sg, and copy your email to janelle_chao@mfa.gov.sg and ian_looi@mfa.sg no later than Friday, 17 July 2026 at 1700hrs.            

Interested vendors shall submit their quotations to the High Commission by hand using sealed envelopes. The envelope should have on its top left-hand corner:

  1. the reference number and title of the ITT;

  2. the closing date and time of the ITT; and

  3. the fax number, phone number, electronic mail address and address of the vendors. 

The sealed tender should be dropped into the Tender Box at the High Commission of the Republic of Singapore at No. 8, Simpang 74, Jalan Subok, Bandar Seri Begawan BD2717 by Friday, 24 July 2026 at 3pm. 

The opening date of the ITT is Monday, 15 June 2026, closing date for this ITT is Friday, 24 July 2026 at 3pm. The mode of publication for the Tender Schedule and Award Notice will be posted on Mission’s bulletin board.
