INVITATION TO TENDER (ITT) - REPLACEMENT OF ANTI-VEHICLE RAMP (AVR) AND INSTALLATION OF UNDER VEHICLE SURVEILLANCE SYSTEM (UVSS) AT THE HIGH COMMISSION OF THE REPUBLIC OF SINGAPORE IN BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN, BRUNEI DARUSSALAM

            The High Commission of the Republic of Singapore invites established vendors to tender for the replacement of anti-vehicle ramp (AVR) and installation of under vehicle surveillance system (UVSS) at the High Commission of the Republic of Singapore in Bandar Seri Begawan, Brunei Darussalam.

            There will be a mandatory site briefing/visit on Friday, 28 March 2025 at 1000hrs at the High Commission. Interested vendors who will be attending should provide a list of personnel with their Name, IC No, Handphone No. and their Vehicle number to Mr Ian Looi via email: ian_looi@mfa.sg and copy to Lorraine_sj_tan@mfa.gov.sg to register for the site briefing/visit. The original ITT documents will only be provided to vendors at the site visit. Vendors who do not participate in the site visit will be disqualified.

            Any enquiries regarding the ITT, please write to: Bandar_Seri_Begawan_procurement@mfa.sg, and copy your email to Lorraine_sj_tan@mfa.gov.sg  and ian_looi@mfa.sg no later than Tuesday, 29 April 2025 at 1500 hrs.

            Interested vendors shall submit their tender to the High Commission by hand using sealed envelopes. The envelope should have on its top left-hand corner:

  1. the reference number and title of the ITT;

  2. the closing date and time of the ITT; and

  3. the fax number, phone number, electronic mail address and address of the vendors.

            The sealed tender should be dropped into the Tender Box at the High Commission of the Republic of Singapore at No. 8, Simpang 74, Jalan Subok, Bandar Seri Begawan BD2717 by Monday, 05 May 2025, 1500hrs.

            The opening date of the ITT is Tuesday, 25 March 2025, closing date for this ITT is Monday, 05 May 2025, 1500hrs. The mode of publication for the Tender Schedule and Award Notice will be posted on Mission’s bulletin board.
