INVITATION TO QUOTATION (ITQ) - THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ONE (1) SALOON CAR TO THE HIGH COMMISSION OF THE REPUBIC OF SINGAPORE IN BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN, NEGARA BRUNEI DARUSSALAM.
1 The Singapore High Commission invites established vendors to quote for the supply and delivery of a saloon car should not exceed 3,000cc for the High Commission of the Republic of Singapore in Bandar Seri Begawan, Brunei Darussalam.
2 ITQ documents are available both hard copies or soft copies. For request of the ITQ documents, as well as any enquiries regarding the tender, please write to: “bandar_seri_begawan_procurement@mfa.sg”.
3 Any enquiries regarding the requirement specifications should also be made to bandar_seri_begawan_procurement@mfa.sg and copied to: Yvonne_lee@mfa.gov.sg and ian_looi@mfa.sg by not later than Tuesday, 09 March 2021.
4 Tenderers shall submit their ITQ offers to the Government by email to Bandar_Seri_Begawan_procurement@mfa.sg, with the subject title of the ITQ Reference number (ITQ REFERENCE NO: Q/2021/MFA/03) and title Ministry of Foreign Affairs Singapore - INVITATION TO QUOTATION - THE SUPPLY (INVITATION TO QUOTE – SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ONE (1) SALOON CAR TO THE SINGAPORE HIGH COMMISSION IN BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN) by Thursday, 11 March 2021, 1600hrs.
5 The opening date of the tender is Tuesday, 02 March 2021. Closing date for this tender is Thursday, 11 March 2021, 1600 hrs. The mode of publication for the Schedule of Quotation and Award Notice will be posted on Mission’s bulletin board.
