INVITATION TO QUOTE (ITQ) – PLAYGROUND UPGRADING WORKS AT THE HIGH COMMISSION OF THE REPUBLIC OF SINGAPORE IN BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN, BRUNEI DARUSSALAM
 
The High Commission of the Republic of Singapore invites established vendors to quote for the Playground Upgrading Works the High Commission of the Republic of Singapore in Bandar Seri Begawan, Brunei Darussalam.
 
There will be a mandatory site visit on Wednesday, 20 April 2022 at 1430hrs at the High Commission. Interested vendors who will be attending should provide the personnel details (name, IC no., handphone no. and vehicle number) to Mr Ian Looi via email: ian_looi@mfa.sg and copied to nur_filza_baharam@mfa.gov.sg to register for the site visit. The original ITQ documents will only be provided to vendors at the site visit. Vendors who do not participate in the site visit will be disqualified.
 
Due to the current COVID-19 situation, only one representative (preferably fully vaccinated with a BruHealth green or yellow code) from each company will be allowed to participate in the site visit. The representative is also required to perform and report their ART (Antigen Rapid Test) COVID-19 self-test result to Mr Ian or Ms Filza before entering the premises. The cost of the ART kits should be borne by the interested vendors.
 
Any enquiries regarding the ITQ, please write to: Bandar_Seri_Begawan_procurement@mfa.sg, and copy your email to nur_filza_baharam@mfa.gov.sg and ian_looi@mfa.sg no later than Wednesday, 11 May 2022 at 1700hrs.
 
Interested vendors shall submit their quotations to the High Commission by hand using sealed envelopes. The envelope should have on its top left-hand corner:
a. the reference number and title of the ITQ;
b. the closing date and time of the ITQ; and
c. the fax number, phone number, electronic mail address and address of the vendors.
 
The sealed quotation should be dropped into the Tender Box at the High Commission of the Republic of Singapore at No. 8, Simpang 74, Jalan Subok, Bandar Seri Begawan BD2717 by Friday, 13 May 2022, 1500 hrs.
 
The opening date of the ITQ is Tuesday, 12 April 2022, closing date for this ITQ is Friday, 13 May 2022, 1500 hrs. The mode of publication for the Quotation Schedule and Award Notice will be posted on Mission’s bulletin board.
