INVITATION TO TENDER (ITT) – DESIGN AND CONSTRUCT OF SLOPE STRENGTHENING SYSTEM USING ROCK/SOIL NAILS AND CONCRETE GRID BEAMS WITH GEOWEB AND TURFING AT THE HIGH COMMISSION OF THE REPUBLIC OF SINGAPORE IN BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN, BRUNEI DARUSSALAM
The High Commission of the Republic of Singapore invites established vendors to tender for the design and construct of slope strengthening system using rock nails and concrete grid beams with geoweb and turfing at the High Commission of the Republic of Singapore in Bandar Seri Begawan, Brunei Darussalam.
There will be a mandatory site tender briefing and site show-round on Monday, 03 June 2024 at 1430hrs at the High Commission. Interested vendors who will be attending should provide the personnel details (name, IC no., handphone no. and vehicle number) to Mr Ian Looi via email: ian_looi@mfa.sg and copied to lorraine_sj_tan@mfa.gov.sg to register for the site visit. The original ITT documents will only be provided to vendors at the site visit. Vendors who do not participate in the site visit will be disqualified.
Please note that only up to two representatives from each company will be allowed to participate in the site visit.
Any enquiries regarding the ITT, please write to: Bandar_Seri_Begawan_procurement@mfa.sg, and copy your email to lorraine_sj_tan@mfa.gov.sg and ian_looi@mfa.sg no later than Tuesday, 02 July 2024 at 1700hrs.
Interested vendors shall submit their quotations to the High Commission by hand using sealed envelopes. The envelope should have on its top left-hand corner:
1. reference number and title of the ITT;
2. closing date and time of the ITT; and
3. fax number, phone number, electronic mail address and address of the vendors.
The sealed tender should be dropped into the Tender Box at the High Commission of the Republic of Singapore at No. 8, Simpang 74, Jalan Subok, Bandar Seri Begawan BD2717 by Thursday, 04 July 2024, 1500 hrs.
The opening date of the ITT is Monday, 27 May 2024, closing date for this ITT is Thursday, 04 July 2024, 1500 hrs. The mode of publication for the Tender Schedule and Award Notice will be posted on Mission’s bulletin board.
